Facilitated planning sessions and provided schedule analysis for sponsorship presence at the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, mainly focused on the Olympic Torch Relay over 101 Days and 2,018 km, with 80 stops and 7,500 torchbearers

Trained staff on project management methods and planned the launch of a for-profit sister company, ensuring nonprofit operations continued smoothly for this finalist in Fast Companyʼs 2022 World Changing Ideas Awards; Contracted to plan a gala event that was discovered through the planning process to be mis-aligned with strategic goals and available resources, which were then re-directed to more imporant initiatives, saving the organization hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars.
